Purchasing Manager - İzmir

Qualifications:

University graduate preferably in Faculty of Engineering or Economics and Administrative Sciences,

Minimum 10 years of experience in technical procurement,

Analytical skills, attention to details and excellent time management skills,

Ability to multi-task in a complex and demanding environment,

Fluency in written and spoken English (Any other language is a plus),

Excellent MS Office skills.

Job Description:

Lead the sourcing activities for various spend categories,

Work closely with key stakeholders in member organizations and in corporate functions to implement effective cost reduction strategies,

Ensure contracting with third-party suppliers in line with business requirements as well as with company key values and Policies,

Manage supplier relationships in the most efficient way and in line with the category strategy,

Follow up on market trends, competition strategy and innovations in the assigned categories ensuring the best value for company,

Act as focal point for all Procurement related matters in the sub-region,

Uphold internal and external policies, regulations and laws being responsible for meeting its requirements in the assigned area,

Lead projects in an efficient way and within the defined budget and timing.
