QUALIFICATIONS

  •        Graduating from the relevant Engineering Faculties departments of universities,

  •        At least 3 years of global experience in sales,

  •        Fluent in English (interview will be conducted in English),

  •        Preferably able to use SAP program,

  •        Proficient in using MS Office programs,

  •        Having harmonious and systematic work discipline,

 JOB DESCRIPTION


  • ·       To manage relations with external customers, to conduct new product and market research and to gain business for the company To carry out studies to determine sales channels in the foreign markets,

  •       Collecting information about the situation of rival companies in the market, planning and implementing activities to improve Kormas’ Company position in the market, and monitoring them,

  •         Communicating with potential and existing customers,

  •         Regarding new customers, collecting detailed information about the customer (its activities, reliability, market, etc.). Ensuring that a request for an offer is made from the customer, if appropriate.

  •         To organize long-term collaborations in order to achieve the position of being a permanent supplier of customers by monitoring activities related to maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and keeping information about customers and the market up to date.

  •         Accepting orders from customers in writing and checking their compatibility with the offer given.

  •         Ensuring coordination between the Production Planning department and the customer, obtaining deadline information about the order and then transmitting this information to the customer, recording the order correctly after the customer's confirmation, getting it approved and forwarding it to Production Planning.

  •        To follow the shipment plan of the products according to the deadlines given to the customer, to monitor that the products are delivered in the planned condition and time, and to contribute to the solution in case of a problem.

  •         Planning and carrying out customer visits and factory visits, fair organizations and promotional activities.

  •         Following up customer complaints and ensuring that necessary corrections are made.

  •         To follow up customer complaints by obtaining technical support and finalizing them with commercial decisions, taking into account existing customer relations and company interests.

  •         To organize a survey to measure and monitor customer satisfaction and to create action plans based on the results of the Customer Satisfaction Survey,

  •         To support the efforts to identify areas open to improvement based on action plans and complaints,

  •        To cooperate with the Quality Assurance Department to perceive the customer's needs, produce solutions, provide fast and systematic solutions to their complaints, develop customer-specific flexible sales methods, develop and implement consistent price policies for a long-term relationship.

  •         Submitting the necessary activity reports to the manager.
